Meeting Minutes -May 5th, 2026

*Meeting called to order on 5/5/2026, 7:08pm by Spencer at Osceola Lanes

Secretary’s report:  

• All past month’s meeting minutes are posted on our club webpage (www.osceolavalleysnogoers.com).  They stand approved.

Treasurer’s report: 

• County reimbursed for pest control near M and K
• Paid out for Scholarships

Old Business:

• Adding Fiesta Loca and Village Pizzaria for meeting locations

New Business: 

• Potentially have our last meeting in April instead of May?

Council Report:

• DNR wants PoCo to take on Stower maintenance
• Any pest issues or such should be brought to council first for awareness
• New Council Building
  • Comitee formed for new building
  • QCD in process
  • 6 designs down to 2, talking with some builders 

KAOS Youth Club: 

• No new update

Scholarship / Donation Committee:

  • Four-$500 scholarships
  • Lexi Geyer, Kevin Slechta, Courtney Slechta, and Colton Everson are the 2026 recipients

Social Committee:

• Chair:  Spencer Feldt / Eric Hallen
• Updates:
  • Knapp water skips on the 4th

Social Media Committee:

• Chair:  Eric Hallen / Frank Sommerfeldt

Trail Committee:

• Chair:  Doug Kromrey

  • Let trail bosses know if any crop damage is noticed
