Meeting Minutes – April 7th, 2026

*Meeting called to order on 4/7/2026, 7:04pm by Spencer at PY’s.

Secretary’s report:  

• All past month’s meeting minutes are posted on our club webpage (www.osceolavalleysnogoers.com).  They stand approved.

Treasurer’s report: 

• Thank you note from Wanderoos 

Old Business:

• Gift cards to Land Owners instead of dinner

New Business: 

• Looking for new ideas for meeting locations
  • No Wanderoos, no Doboys
  • Pizzeria, Wards, Fiesta Loca?
• Nominations for Treasurer(Frank), Vice President(Jim), and BoD(Charlie)
  • Vote in May

Council Report:

• Maintenance on no summer tractors
• 16 tickets were issued, 58,000 trail passes
• Doug is working on the trail roller (Paul@Bayfield Co.)
• Doug is the Capital Fund Organiser for the new shed
  • Each club will have a designee

KAOS Youth Club: 

• Trail signs were removed
• Meeting on the 14th (Raffle)

Fair Revenue Committee:

Fun Run Revenue Committee:

Landowner Appreciation Committee:

• Updates:
  • Postpone the dinner and send out $40 gift cards instead (110)
  • KT did not offer any discount

Scholarship / Donation Committee:

• Chair:  Angel Olson
• Updates:
  • Four-$500 scholarships
  • Selection on April 16th

Social Committee:

• Chair:  Spencer Feldt / Eric Hallen
• Updates:
  • Find new meeting locations

Social Media Committee:

• Chair:  Eric Hallen / Frank Sommerfeldt
• Updates:
  • Updates to the website (whos us)

Trail Committee:

• Chair:  Doug Kromrey

  • Get sign orders in by April 9th

Finance Committee:
