The December 1st, 2015 Meeting was called to order by President Eric Hallen

The Secretaries Report was read by Stephanie Harling and approved by Eric

The Treasures’ Report was Read and approved.

The Council Report: Greg Swanson updated us on the Groomer Rodeo December 5th from 10 to 2.  County meeting discussed ATV’s on the Gandy Dancer for winter use, possibly opening Catail  as well.  Also debating of a brush mower for the Gandy Dancer and Cat Tail.

Youth Club: To be held second Monday of the month.

Trail Boss:  Eastside has more signs to be put up.  County Rd X ready to go.  Ken stated that we need to contact the new land owners.

Old Business:  Coat and Food drive was a success.  Wanderoos Hunter Party raised enough for scholarships. A huge Thank you to all who participated an attended.

New Business:  The Vintage snowmobile show and swap at Pottings was also a huge success and a lot of fun.  Thank you for those who participated and brought their oldies but goodies for all to see.

Emails were discuss as well, we need everyone to make sure your email is correct and/or we have your email.

We welcomed all new members, and let them know that the decals and postcards with the meeting dates and places were available.

The overnighter will be held either at Danbury, or at Turtle Lake.  No date is set yet.

The Safari will be at Solon Springs Jan 29-30th, 2016  (weekend prior to the Super Bowl).

– 9 rooms facing roadside @ 82.50/night

– 11 rooms facing lakeside @ 92.50/night

**if anyone wants to come early, e.g. Thursday or stay Sunday, those nights are $60/each

Club members should call to reserve under their name (715-378-4444) and reference the club group reservation.

**If no snow, we should contact them a week prior to cancel – Kathy is our contact at the hotel.

 

We had to date 9 new members (Welcome) and 3 club members who dropped but returned (Welcome back)

 

With no more things to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
