The April 7, 2015 meeting was brought to order by President Eric Hallen
The secretary’s report was read and approved. Treasurer’s report was read and approved.
Sheri also reported has received the AWSC membership card, they were passed out to members that were present.
Council Report:
Greg and Doug were not in attendance, but it was reported that Ulrich Farms did complain that we opened the trails for those few days this season.
Youth Club:
Nothing to report. Next youth club meeting is Monday 04/13 at McKenzie Lanes at 7:00 p.m.
Trail Bosses:
Gordy reported that the gate is up on Ronnie Rixmann’s land. Trail sign take down went well, all but a small section of the Dresser trail is completed and Kevin McNutt reported that it would be done on 04/11. Thanks to all who helped take down signs. Remember to turn in any hours worked to the trail bosses.

Old Business:
The OVSG scholarship questionnaire is complete and turned into the school for students to apply.
President and Secretary positions are up for election in September. If you are interested or know of anyone that is please let anyone on the nominating committee know. The nominating committee is our current officers and board of directors.
Frank has been working on the website so we will have the option for members to pay on line using paypal. This will be completed by June.
New Business:
Land Owners dinner committee reported that invitations went out around March 18, for the dinner which is scheduled for April 18th, 2015 at Potting’s Bar, cocktail hour is at 6:00 with dinner being served at 7:00 p.m. The club will be serving pulled pork and pulled smoked chicken catered by UW Wandroos. Committee members will make cheesey potatoes and baked beans. Club members are asked to bring a salad or desert to share. The committee has been working on gifts for the landowners. Al Schoenborn has received a monetary donation from Polaris, as of the meeting the amount was not known, the check will be mailed directly to Sheri.

Next club meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. on May 5th, 2015 at Osceola Lanes.
