Our optimism for a good snow year has not been crushed. Before it got really cold, a few of us got out on Trail 12, just east of Trollhaugen, and put in a replacement culvert and brought in over 10 ton of 4-8″ of rock to hopefully end the washouts that we’ve experienced for the past countless years. Without our local club volunteers, and the equipment we can get from the Polk County Council, we could never maintain our 400+ miles of snowmobile trails we have in Polk County.
