Ordering your Trail Passes Online

$10 TRAIL PASS – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

ME –
Your name and address as recorded on your AWSC membership must match exactly with your WI DNR name and address on file. (ex: ‘Robert” and “Bobby” do not match)
You can update and confirm your information with the WI DNR @https://gowild.wi.gov or call 888.936.7463
Both memberships (Snowmobile club & AWSC) must be current
Renew early – it takes processing time for your club and AWSC to update!

MY SLED –
Your WI DNR snowmobile registration must be current and registered under your name
Double check at https://gowild.wi.gov or call 888.936.7463
You must enter your WI DNR snowmobile registration number to order passes every time (ex: 2234AW)
Registation numbers entered for Trail Passes must match with the WI DNR’s records

The age of your snowmobile matters:
If your snowmobile is 34 years old or Newer, a trail pass is REQUIRED
If your snowmobile is 35 years old or Older, a trail pass is NOT REQUIRED

ALL $10 TRAIL PASSES –
Can only be ordered through the AWSC either online, mail in form with a check or call the AWSC with a Credit Card during business hours
No pickup – No one has Trail Passes on hand for immediate purchase; so plan ahead
You can legally ride with your Trail Pass receipt
Are mailed from the Sate of WI DNR and can take up to 21 days for delivery via US mail
Call the AWSC office within 30 days of order date if your Trail Pass hasn’t arrived by mail
No refunds

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE TRAIL PASS FORM BELOW:
IF YOU WISH TO MAIL YOUR ORDER WITH A CHECK TO THE AWSC, CLICK HERE FOR ORDER FORM.

Enter your AWSC membership ID and last name (as it appears on your AWSC membership) and click the NEXT STEP button. This will display your name and address where the trail passes will be sent. ** Be patient, it takes a little bit for the web squirrels to find your membership. ** If your name and/or address are incorrect, contact your club’s membership chair to update your information in the club’s roster or the AWSC office (800-232-4108 or 608-846-5530).

Enter one sled registration number per white box. When done, click the ADD TO CART button. This will then allow you to pay for the trail passes.

If you need to purchase additional trail passes for more than what is allowed on the screen, contact AWSC office (800-232-4108 or 608-846-5530).

Discount trail passes are only available for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial trail passes (business-registered) are available on the WI DNR’s snowmobile trail pass web page or by calling 888-936-7463.
