Sad to say that our season was very short lived this year. That is significantly better than last year, but still not nearly what any of us snowmobile enthusiasts wanted. A mere 13 days of opened trails for the southern part of Polk was all we enjoyed this year.
Let’s give thanks to our trail maintenance crew and groomer operators for giving us a great 13 days. Even though we had minimal snow, we were able to ride our local trails. Even the new Trail 30 was groomed and ridden by many of us.
As much as we hate to store our sleds for the summer, we can look forward to another beautiful spring / summer in western Wisconsin and we can all start dreaming about a long snowmobile season in 2025-2026 in the fall.
Have a great summer and we’ll see ya all next year — here are a few pictures to enjoy.
